- The technical support fee for this service is $75.00. Spa Technicians in the field charge any where from $125.00 to $175.00 or more per visit for a 1 hour service call.
- This is a one time fee only: It covers whatever amount of time it takes us to identify and solve your issue at hand.

- A Certified Vita Spa Tech will contact you and assist you with your spa problem.
- When the bad part(s) or issues are identified and you order your parts from us, we will give you a $15.00 credit off your next new Vita Spa Parts Order.
